About

Welcome to my ePortfolio! I'm a Ph.D. student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Oklahoma, where I study how people work, lead, and thrive in organizations. Before this, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Louisiana State University, graduating through both the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Ogden Honors College. While at LSU, I was honored to receive the Outstanding Capstone Award for the top research project among my honors cohort across the disciplines of business, humanities, and social sciences.
My research focuses on workplace diversity, abusive leadership, coercion, and employee voice. I care deeply about these topics because of their real-world impact and their potential to drive healthy change. I'm especially passionate about using psychological science to help build more inclusive, equitable workplaces. I also believe in open, accessible science that invites everyone into the conversation.
